| office2007お助け編〜Officeボタン |
| 前回のコラムで紹介したエクセルのオプションは、Office2003までは、メニューバーの[ツール]にありました。これは、ワードも同じですね。 しかし、2007になってからは、コマンドを選ぶのに使いなれた「メニューバー」がありません。 この「オプション」については、ウィンドウ左上にある「Officeボタン」と呼ばれるボタンをクリックしてメニューをだします。このメニューの下のほうのに「Excelのオプション」というボタンがありますのでこれを使用します。ちなみにワードのオプションも同じです。 また、この「Officeボタン」ででるメニューには、「印刷」「保存」「開く」といった、作業で必要となるコマンドが入っています。Office旧バージョンからの乗り換え組の方が最初に頭を抱えることはここに入っていることになります。 ※印刷プレビューは、「印刷」のサブメニューです ※保存は通常は2007のみの保存です。2003以前との互換が必要ならば、形式を変えましょう。 |
