| Excel2007お悩み解決「印刷範囲指定」 |
| Excelを2007にバージョンアップされた方・・日常業務で今までサクサクできたことがおそらくイライラの毎日でしょう。 年明け早々に、Excel2007のバージョンアップを済ませテキスト作成も納品した私は、今では、2007の快適さを味わっています。 が、それでも時々使いたいコマンドが見つからず、イライラを通り越しアキラメにまわることもしばしばです。 最近あったそんなアキラメ寸前の出来事。 めったに私は使うことのなかった「印刷範囲の指定」 以前のバージョンであれば [ファイル]メニューの中に「印刷範囲の指定」というコマンドがありました。 なんとなく、「印刷」のグループと思われがちですが、 2007では、 officeボタンのメニューの中に、「印刷」はあってもこの「印刷範囲の指定」はありません。 ちなみに、officeボタンの「印刷」のサブメニューは、「印刷」のほかに「クイック印刷」、「印刷プレビュー」となります。 2007で印刷範囲の指定を行う手順 （１）印刷範囲を範囲選択しておく （２）「ページレイアウト」のタブをクリック （３）「ページ設定」グループの「印刷範囲」をクリック （４）メニューの中の「印刷範囲の指定」をクリック 以上です。 |
